Sea bream ala ceviche, cucumber, carrot purée and yuzu

Beef tartare, smoked egg yolk, crispy jerusalem artichokes, hazelnuts and nut mayonnaise

Celeriac cream soup, sour cream, marinated celeriac and black truffle

Salmon trout, risotto with kale pesto, caramelized cauliflower purée and tarragon sauce

Duck variations: Roasted duck breast and pulled duck leg, kale, parsnip purée and marinated sweet walnuts

NY cheesecake with tonka beans, mango gel, yuzu, mango and passion fruit

 Dear guests, booking deposit for the evening per person is 1000 CZK.

Dinner starts at 17:30 and we will close due government restrictions at 22:00
